parameter:

• min_res: minimal allowed mesh-diff

• max_res: maximal allowed mesh-diff

• ratio: maximal allowed mesh-diff ratio

• be_quiet: disable warnings

return:

• EC: error code (number of found errors)

• pos: line positions with error

• E_type: error type
